Comprehensive exam and caring doctor. His staff was also helpful and friendly. They were able to get me in right away and get my new lenses ordered.
I had a great experience with Dr Lindauer! The office staff was super friendly, Dr Lindauer was really easy to talk to and explained everything during the exam. I didn't feel rushed and they took time to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great eye doctor
Very poor customer service. Half the time their phones don't work, and if you do get to talk to someone, it does not ever go well. I needed a referral to another doctor for cataract surgery and they would not send it out unless I came in and signed for it. I live over 40 miles away and wanted to do it by email. They would not do it. Keep saying I have to come in and sign. I now want my own records sent to me and they WILL NOT DO IT!!! If I am to pay over $400, I want my records sent to me. Dr. Lindauer is quick and professional. He diagnosed my cataracts when other dr’s just gave me a new prescription for glasses!! I highly recommend his services. His office is nothing fancy, but I’m not there for the decor.
Dr. Lindauer caught a problem I was having with my vision my Opthamologist M. D. missed. Great staff and great service. I trust them with my vision care and referral needs.
