Dr Lindauer is very friendly, professional and I enjoy having him check my vision and prescribe corrective lenses. The staff is competent and the ordering and fulfillment process is straightforward. Prices of lenses/glasses are pretty reasonable b/c it is Walmart. If not in stock, they will order contact lenses for direct home delivery. Follow-up when glasses arrive is done well to be sure they fit your face for optimal vision correction. Comprehensive exam and caring doctor. His staff was also helpful and friendly. They were able to get me in right away and get my new lenses ordered.
I had a great experience with Dr Lindauer! The office staff was super friendly, Dr Lindauer was really easy to talk to and explained everything during the exam. I didn't feel rushed and they took time to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great eye doctor
Very poor customer service. Half the time their phones don't work, and if you do get to talk to someone, it does not ever go well. I needed a referral to another doctor for cataract surgery and they would not send it out unless I came in and signed for it. I live over 40 miles away and wanted to do it by email. They would not do it. Keep saying I have to come in and sign. I now want my own records sent to me and they WILL NOT DO IT!!! If I am to pay over $400, I want my records sent to me. Dr. Lindauer is quick and professional. He diagnosed my cataracts when other dr’s just gave me a new prescription for glasses!! I highly recommend his services. His office is nothing fancy, but I’m not there for the decor.
