Drunk crook. Bill was hired to produce a survey for my home. After producing the survey he then proceeded to contradict that survey when he was questioned by an appraiser. He was passed out from a hang over when I visited to collect my survey and he never had sound judgment and instead tried to fish more money from me by suggesting there needed to be more investigation conducted by him. CROOK. We gave Lindau Co. a check for $200 on 7/13/18 for an in-home visit and to help us with plans for an expansion project that we had hoped to complete prior to the winter. 3 weeks passed; asked for an update: no response. At 4 weeks, he said it would be another 2-3. After 7 weeks, nothing. 10 total weeks passed and we saw nothing. October 1st, I said forget it. But in November, he cashed our check! DO NOT HIRE THIS CROOK.
