I purchased a Groupon with this company. It took them 2 weeks to respond back to me regarding when they had an opening. When they finally contacted me and set a time/day, they did not show up. Not only didn't they show up, they didn't bother to call and let me know they wouldn't be here or try and reschedule.Terrible customer service.I wouldn't buy this Groupon again or recommend them to anyone.If I could leave a -5 starts I would.

I would never ever go back to this company for service again. They are in the business for milking the customers. Their cleaners would milk the clock and leave half of the job undone. I booked four hours of service. They sent two people to clean the house. When they arrived, they were told of what needed to get done. I would never recommend this company solely based on their lack of customer service skills. Purchased cleaning hours on Groupon and the cleaners milked the clock. They did not even finish half of the job. Called the owner of the company and he was rude and ridiculously unprofessional. I left a negative review and he responded with lies and attackful comments. I felt very disrespected and shocked. Stick with an individual or a referral for your house cleaning needs.
