The BEST quesabirria I’ve ever had, coming from a self-proclaimed quesabirria connoisseur. When we landed in Maui this was the first place we came to. It was so good that we made the half hour drive to come back a few days later. The steak burrito and chicken tacos were also delicious. The food is really good, especially their salsas. The customer service could definitely be a lot friendlier though.
The food truck area is nicely paved and has a bathroom. Wheelchair accessible food trucks!
Got a $17 pork adobado burrito which consisted of beans rice cheese (was extra) and pork. Flavor wasn’t really there, tasted a bit sweet for some reason. The pork was well cooked. The salsa was good but you only get one small container and because the burrito lacks flavor I tried to make up for it with the salsa, and ran out of salsa halfway through.
