If I could leave ZERO stars I would. AWFUL customer service. Had a huge attitude and THE BUSINESS OWNER hung up on me on the phone. Placed an order less then 24 hours ago for a party that is in a week and a half and they've already made the cookies. Seems weird & sounds like the product WILL NOT BE FRESH for my event. Asked for a refund and they REFUSED. Will never come back or will NEVER RECOMMEND. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Can't say it enough.

Whoever answers the phone there needs a Xanex or something. So rude and hostile for no reason. Majority of people that are calling for YOU to make them a baked good, DONT know bakery talk. So you should MAYBE try to not talk to people like garbage, considering they're paying you to do it due to ignorance on their part to baked goods. Rude. Rude. Rude. Rude. No.
Horrible place , horrible people i don't see how they even stay in business.
Love this place, my granddaughter and I took a cake decorating class there, also good place for baking supplies
My family and I love this bakery! We have ordered cakes and cookies and they were absolutely delicious! Plus, we love baking Linda's Frosted Scotch Shortbread Cookies - a great recipe she submitted to the Akron Beacon Journal!
We Received a gift basket, the nut roll is just like my mother in laws used to be ! Delicious !
Amazing!! Everything is simply amazing!! My wedding cake was perfect and I get every family celebration cake, pie and cookies from Linda's! Highly highly recommend Linda's!!
