The agency(Charnaya) took the times and listened to my needs. Most importantly, the agency(Charnaya) paid close attention to all of my concerns, and I had a lot of them. I was nervous because the caregiver(Shawn) and I were going to be spending 6 hrs a day together, 5 days a week. I was matched with a caregiver who takes excellent care of me. I enjoy have the caregiver (Shawn) around.
Very professional staffing, the owner actually takes time out of her day to communicate with participants and employees daily with any concerns they may have or just to get a update on there service, it has been a pleasure doing business with Linda’s care LLC
