This is where my our primary care provider is and we really like her and her nurses. I’ve had ER service here twice and we are pleased with them also. The reason I gave this a lower score is because of the front desk and the walking clinic. First, the PA at the walk in clinic is a fantastic provider but my beef with them is you never know if they are going to be open…either closing for the day/week of if they decide to close early. If she’s out they close down and have no one to fill in. They close it down for an entire week... read more

Horrible response i come in a 8am to urgent care with cold chills a cough and fever and it's 1035 still have not been seen because they scheduled me apt got 11 am and did not tell me I just so happen to be checking my email and I had an apt reminder... don't go here if it's life or death you may die ...i have a temp.of 103 and they did not do anything to help

Got to my appt on time signed in. 45 min later haven't been called so I go ask. Was told we'll did u sign in I said yes. I was suppose to see Dr Cavvanas however the young lady checking us in lost my info. So they said we'll they can try to work you on between other patients. That is not acceptable.

I work with a school district and needed forms for a student (had parent permission of course).. I faxed, couldn’t get thru their phone lines, finally one LVN got the form for me and I went to their location twice.. the second time was to pick up the completed form the LVN helped complete, and had left at the front for me to pick up…the front desk ladies both refused to get up and locate the form. They both sat looking at their computer screens.. blank faces, unfriendly voices, one lady from the rear finally actually looked ... read more
