I ordered a nice white and light pink set for my fiancé for our 1 year anniversary and she got something little and ugly I called to see what they could do about it and the said they didn't have what I ordered and could do 5 bucks off my next purchase ha that's a load of bull!!

I won't use them again. I don't understand how anyone could give this flower shop 5 stars. My wife ordered two arrangements for christmas from Lindale Floral Shop. What we received was nothing like she ordered. They looked like cheap shortcut imitations, luckily we ordered through Telaflora and when Lindale Floral did not respond to our complaint, Telaflora refunded our money.

This place is the best! They are real friendly. I asked them to send me a pic of what I order and she did. It is nice to see what you pay for. I live in Oklahoma and just looked the number up online. Its nice to be able to call and trust the other person on the other line. Great pricing as well. THANKS for a fast and easy service.

I would highly recommend Lindale Floral. Recently, my mom had surgery, and I went in to order an arrangement to take to the hospital. They made it on the spot, and in a short time. While I was taking the flowers through the hospital to get to her room, I even had a lady stop me to ask where I bought the arrangement. She went on and on about how beautiful it was, and said she had never seen one quite like it. When my mom and family saw the arrangement, they immediatly asked "Where did you buy this??" I would recommend Lindale Floral to any and all! The service is fantastic and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about flowers and arrangements. THe arrangements that I have ordered have all been beatiful and the service is outstanding! I plan to use Lindale Floral for many years to come!

I called in an order from out of town for a thank-you bouquet and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! When certain flowers I requested were not quite ready for delivery, the staff called me and we talked over some other and better options to ensure same-day delivery. I certainly felt that fulfilling my request and expectations were their first priority. The result: my friend said it was the most gorgeous bouquet she had ever received! I have used Lindale Floral numerous times. They do great work for homecoming, birthdays, weddings, holidays, etc. I am also a fan of the Baby Door Badges that celebrate a new addition to a family. The staff at Lindale Floral is always eager to help and personalize my order. I will definitely be using LF in the future!

I called in an order to Lindale Floral shop from over 6 hours away. What they produced with my limited instructions exceeded my expectations in every way. They delivered one gift locally and then the other one in Tyler --- it was great to be able to use one floral shop to reach both locations! The best part was that the recipients LOVED their gifts so much they took pictures and sent them to me so I could see what an amazing job Lindale Floral Shop did. I will not use anyone else for my gift/floral needs!
