Shady business practices during this time. They don't keep their word and break deals.
I had a used steering yoke installed on my old GMC Jimmy because of a key issue and unfortunately a turn signal on the replacement yoke did not work properly. They repaired it immediately, no questions asked. Since then I haven't taken my car anywhere else when repairs are needed. The one thing I know for sure about this business is that the owner, Rick, is honest, fair and reliable--something good to know in today's time.
Called and asked if they could pull a part they had advertised on their site. They said they would only pull it when I got there. I drove for over 40 miles and had to wait 20 minutes in the service yard area only to be told the part was not there. Total waste of gas and time.
