I never write reviews but the lack of communication as well as what ended up happening compelled me to. I brought them my zero turn mower on 5/30, which was a Saturday. Mower was definitely in rough shape, 1 spindell was broken and engine hadnt been serviced in a long time. Keep in mind it still ran and reversed and everything before I loaded it in my trailer in reverse.
