Linda was a lifesaver. We were stuck at the Fresno Airport when United delayed a flight. We were headed to Idaho Falls, Idaho for my son's wedding and United couldn't get us anywhere near until after the wedding. We were at our wit's end and called Linda, she found us a flight to Boise from San Jose, she had a rental car reserved for us in Boise, lots of driving, but we made it to the wedding, and even at the last minute we saved money!!!!!
