I won’t go into too much detail. But this lady is someone you do not want to rent from. We are currently taking her to small claims court because she took $1300.00 of our $2400.00 security deposit. She never fixed big issues and prolonged issues just because she didn’t want to deal with it. We left the house in better shape than it was when we moved in yet she still took our money and now we have to fight to get it back. So stressful.
