Dr.Sullivan and this whole office are completely unprofessional. My husband went from south Austin to Seguin because we hadn’t changed providers yet. First they made him wait two weeks just so his insurance would kick in because all they care about is money. Second, they saw someone else during his appointment time and told him he had to come back an hour later because the stupid receptionist called his old number AFTER he had given them his new number. I'm a Vetrean using the Choice program to see Dr. Sullivan. I have been able to make more progress here in a few months than I was able to make in 7 years of going to the VA. Staff is friendly and has bent over backwards dealing with the VA. Dr. Sullivan and Gore are both very attentive and make you feel like the really care about your health. I like them so much that we take our kids there now.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff is completely useless and the receptionist is a complete idiot. They are unorganized and unprofessional. We were scheduled for an appointment, called to confirm it and when we arrived were told we weren't on the schedule and couldn't be seen. The receptionist claimed someone scheduled us for the day we arrived but the following year. She is the one that scheduled the appointment and confirmed we had an appointment for the day we showed up
