I just connected with Linda Stogsdill recently. I'd been looking to have a small property appraised and in the process happened upon her. Without the promise of any potential work for her (which as a matter of fact did not result in any), she was nevertheless immediately friendly and responsive. Linda was great from the beginning,genuinely caring ,helped us out tremendously with the sale of our property. We live in another state,she made many trips to the property for us,to help out . Got more money for the property than we anticipated ;)The property was only listed a month ,when we got a buyer. Linda is very professional,and friendly, If you need to sell your property,you wont be disappointed choosing her as your agent. Thank you Linda, feel like your part of the family;)
