The atmosphere was pleasant - well paced team work , my hygienist (sorry I don't remember your name - I missed it when you introduced yourself). I felt at ease. Explanations were great and patience was super. I appreciated being asked several times if I had questions. (Measuring gums is new to me - the last time I was here I didn't think to ask what the numbers mean.)
Very impressed with the attention given right off the street. This office is larger than my former dentist. Each of the people has the same hospitable policy, from Dr Kerata to Kim to Ruth and including Becky.

Very smooth and efficient staff Char makes the cleaning fun and easy Dr. Kerata is exceptional She always has time for questions and makes you feel like she really cares
Ruth does an excellent job each and every time I get a cleaning. She pays attention to detail. I have been going to Dr Kerata for over 20 years. It starts with Becky always friendly and a pleasure to talk to and schedule my appointments. Keep up the great work👍😎
