I came to have the gel polish removed from my fingernails, which she did. But at the end of the service she put a dollop of a clear substance on my fingernails that I had not requested "for nail protection" It was gel. This sh*t I wanted off of my nails, she put back on. I don't know why but I do know I clearly expressed I didn't want it. Now my nails are in worse shape for longer and I have the expense of having it removed. It's frustrating.

Super nice but terrible terrible timing and I got my nails done as a 13 year-old my nails pop off not an even 24 hours later in less than three hours later one of my nails pop off and both of my nails are bending upwards. She’s put too much gel on my gel x and they made me overpay for just a basic French tip. I want designs. I called ahead and asked for designs and I didn’t get any of that.

Probably the worst pedicure I’ve had. It’s a nice salon but the pedicure is unprofessional and messy. I consistently get pedicures every two or three weeks and know the process and this was a very strange experience. The polish is patchy and uneven and there’s still dry skin and cuticles. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but after spending over $70 on a bad job it feels necessary, I explained I was unhappy and they didn’t seem to care. Perhaps there is one or two good nail techs there but I did not have a good experience.
