Good price, good haircut , asked before cutting hair parts
The wait was 45
They can never keep an appointment time. I even call 30 min before to make sure they can still accommodate me and adjust the time if they have just taken in a walk in, so I don’t have to wait. And I am still sitting for 50-60 min for my appointment. I come with someone else and they had their complete pedicure done before I was even in the chair so I had to cancel mine because there is no way I’m making the other person wait over an hour for me to now get my nails done when we have already been here over an hour. There lucky to even receive one star.made appointment and tottaly just over looked.horrible customer service. Ask to speak with manager and refused.i will never go here again and I'm gonna tell my friends and family to stop going to.this is the 3rd time they have done this.i feel discriminated on. Will never return.
