They can never keep an appointment time. I even call 30 min before to make sure they can still accommodate me and adjust the time if they have just taken in a walk in, so I don’t have to wait. And I am still sitting for 50-60 min for my appointment. I come with someone else and they had their complete pedicure done before I was even in the chair so I had to cancel mine because there is no way I’m making the other person wait over an hour for me to now get my nails done when we have already been here over an hour.
