Just to set the record straight, Dr. Clonch is a great doctor. She treated my mother and me years ago. This year I changed my insurance to be her patient again. I came to her with multiple health issues other doctors failed to treat She is very thorough, and has treated, or referred me to specialists for diabetes, kidney disease, heart, hypertension, and so on. She would not write up What I Needed or look At my X-rays to Get MRI for my back . I dint have an emergency accident it was an ongoing problem that needed checking on and my neurologist was not allowed to order it only my Primary Care doctor . I have been in horrible pain from my disc being compressed I have had back Problems for 16 years . So Instead of good no to The ER we will go To the Mayo Clinic
Dr. Clonch is wonderful. She truly cares about her patients and wants to help them to improve their health, not just see them and write a prescription. She doesn't pull any punches and will tell it like it is, but that is truly a wonderful thing when it comes to your health. She has helped me tremendously and I trust her thoroughly. I hope she is my doctor for many years to come.
My husband and I recently became FL residents. On advice from a church friend I picked Dr. Clonch as my PCP. Great decision! Smart, caring (quietly so), good listener etc. etc. My husband trusted my opinion and now she is his PCP too. One happy family!
Annual check ups for three years where she failed to refer me back to the cardiologist for follow up on a treatment that required annual follow up. I was willing to look beyond her sullen attitude, but not when I can't trust her to completely review my medical needs.
still recovering from a feeling of disbelief, for I went to my appt. trusting & expecting to be treated decently...was treated with hostility by Clonch, and her nurse was really no better. there seemed to be a hostil disdainful attitude and I do not know why, I could not have acted nicer imho will not ever go back as I was depressed the entire day, and felt like garbage after meeting with her I would have left 0 stars in this rating
Made valid complaints about her over billing and was offered no explanation. Really dissatisfied. Will never go back.
Dr. Clonch is very competent and empathetic. She refers me to very good specialists when needed. Her nurse is very nice. The rest of the staff that I have dealt with are pleasant and professional. Some reviewers have complained about waiting time, but my attitude is that if you have to wait awhile it means she is good and thorough and has a number of patients.
Took my mom to see Dr. Clonch, only met with nurse but after waiting on response for lab results, etc was terrible. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The way my mom was treated was utterly disgusting and non professional. Asking a nurse when can I expect you to call me to get a response, when I call you. I said "excuse me" to get sometime today that was last week. This practice should be shut down and my formal complaint will go to the Florida Board of Medicine
