Linda, who is not big on responsibility, has now been fired by me. I wrote her July 8 to have her order longer extensions, she ignored me. Then a week later, same thing. Then she, on two subsequent appointments to buy the hair last week bailed on me showing a blatant disregard of me and my time. Afterwards, I called and texted and she ignored me. I am new to Asheville and needed to find a new stylist and I found Linda through google. Went online booked my appointment and was able to get in quickly. Upon meeting Linda,I just knew we were gonna click. I really liked that she asked for pictures of my hair before my appointment. Once there we talked about what I wanted and my expectations and Linda absolutely delivered exactly what I wanted. My hair looks and feels great and I love my cut. Best haircut I’ve had in years. My hair feels so healthy and Linda did a great job giving me exactly what I wanted. My hair is thin but she gave me wonderful layering and framing around the face, giving me some much-needed volume. Excellent pricing as well. Will be back!
