Her exceptional bedside manner, deep compassion, and remarkable expertise in endocrinology have far exceeded any expectations I could have had for a physician. I had a doctor Falawawoo there. On the day they learned she was leaving, they immedictely placed me with Dr, Nguyen. While waiting months for an appointment someone called and said they canceeled my appointment. That she decided she did not want me as a patient. I said I do not understand, On the day my doctor left, I was placed with her. They said OK we will place you back with her, Then I got another call a month later stating my appointment was canceled. I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Nguyen after my visit nearly two years ago. I found her approach concerning; she initially diagnosed me as borderline thyroid cancer and suggested immediate medical dosage changes. However, upon my follow-up, she stated my levels were not as bad and that I no longer had Graves Disease.
