Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average

No, they never postpone my appointment Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
