We have been very happy with Dr. Riddick. She is knowledgeable about our daughter's condition and has been kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend her.
The doctors are fine but the practice is not well managed. It is a pediatric practice that does not offer after school or Christmas break appointments. I have to take my child out of school for routine checks made 6 months in advance. Also, I get either no confirming calls for appointments or a text on a weekend for a Monday morning appointment with no way to cancel.
AMAZING doctor... been seeing her for 4+ years and I am about to go to college. So compassionate and works very well with you.
Dr. Riddick is a gift to our family. Our son has been with her for 18 years and she has always been professional, encouraging, engaging, accommodating and very informative. She is very personable and always willing to answer questions. She has excellent nursing staff. They are an amazing team of nurses! We are blessed to have them care for our son.
Let me just start off by saying that we will NOT be bringing our daughter back to see this doctor. I have already made calls to get our daughter another Pediatric Endocrinologist. She was extremely condescending. As far as her being a pediatric doctor I find that to be astonishing as she barely spoke to our daughter but rather about her as if she wasn't even in the room. My husband and I felt rushed through the appointment and she seemed uninterested in answering any of our questions.
