The Dentist was fine. Way too pricey but fine I received a rude phone call from Dr. Cirtaut’s office claiming that we had missed an apt which was never scheduled. The person calling refused to believe that we had not made the apt and was rather terse when I insisted we hadn’t. This staff member then asked what I was going to do about it and then proceeded to hang up the phone while I attempted to reply. I live in Bellevue and drive to Mill Creek just to get my teeth cleaned at Dr. Cirtaut's office. The staff are amazing and Dr. Cirtaut is down to earth and professional. The prices are reasonable and less expensive than most dentists.
unprofessional staff. Front desk girl is rude and messes up on scheduling. Hygenists are rude and do not do a through job. General attitude is catty. Dr does not seem to know what is going on with her staff. Horrible customer service. Would not reccomend this outfit. You can feel the gossip and stress in the air. I believe the attitude comes from the manager/bookeeper
Nice office and equipment. Dr does not spend enough time with patients. Great place for people who want the cheapest fillings since she charges a low amount for silver fillings. But those with insurance and want porcelain fillings your insurance will only cover the low cost silver filling. So those who want porcelain end up paying about twice as other places.
I used to like going to Dr. Cirtaut. I liked my dental hygienist, she was very professional and made the cleaning a pleasant experience everytime I saw her. HOWEVER, the front office management leaves a lot to be desired. I have cancelled appointments with them in the past that they charge me for (no show fee). In fact, they charged me a fee for a cleaning appointment which I rescheduled and had 3 weeks earlier! Customer service is very much lacking. Very personable, and extremely thorough. Dr. Cirtaut definitely knows what she's doing and you can tell she loves her job. She fixed filling from a previous dentist and my tooth ache went away almost immediately. She took me in as a new patient like she would a long time friend. I'm about to get a crown and I am fully confident in her abilities, in fact, I'm sort of excited to go back to the dentist, which is something I never thought I'd say! Front desk was welcoming. Dr Cirtaut is great for those dental phobic patients and the office caters to each patient great. I have never had a bad experience at this office and i've been a patient since 2001.
