These are absolutely the BEST apartments in Stephenville! Best rent rate n town! Manager live on the property! The owners are awesome! Very quiet and peaceful! The manager is a very sweet lady! Hands down the very best!!
The old lady that owns it will not give you your holding deposit ($800) back if you decide not to live there. She does not tell you that before you give it to her. (In the state of Texas it is illegal to not give a holding deposit back.) Even if you haven’t signed a lease.

Absolutely beautiful and totally upgraded in recent times. I believe those happened when new owner took over. Even have new central units... Electric bills LOW! Private owner setup with on-site (lives there) older lady with an office who tends to anything Pronto. These are spacious as well. Highly recommend!! Only negative they are not pet friendly!
