Dr Lam has always been very efficient and took time at each visit to address any concerns. I have been taking alprazalam for years; this last several months my husband has been in and out of emergency and diagnosed with vascular dementia. I have very complicated, serious issues. Dr. Lam's warmth and knowledge settle my fears. She uses the large computer screen to show pictures of my condition and explains my options going forward. Doctors like her don't grow on trees.
Dr. Lam is thorough, caring, professional and has a great “bedside manner”. As a new patient, she took time to review and discuss my medications like no other doctor has. She didn’t just note the information, but asked how each medication interacted with my body. She even provided a referral that I had pleaded for with my previous PCM, grief counseling after losing a family member. I feel I have found a lifelong, caring doctor.
My family doctor of 30+years retired and I had to find someone to fill his shoes; Dr. Linda Lam did just that. I interview my docs...convey my expectations on our doctor/patient relationship. Dr. Lam has so far, exceeded my expectations. She is always prepared and has any recent info in hand to discuss. She listens, really listens and does not dismiss my concerns or talk down to me. She is on top of my oncology appointments as well.

She cares a bunch about how you feel and what you are saying. She is very good to get you to a specialist if needed. Very friendly and personable.
