Both Dr. Cosgrove and her associate, Dr. Moreland are very knowledgable of their professions and take the time needed with their patients during each visit. Never feel rushed. The whole staff is very caring, friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing chiroractic sercices.

After several visits here for a simple adjustment for simple back pain, Cosgrove began giving me unwanted and bad medical advice about “immediate and urgent medical care” that I needed right away during each visit. She would often scare me and my family about how I need to get to my doctor right away about some (made up) possible medical issue (cancer, stroke, etc.). Each time she did this my real MD would find nothing. Note to Cosgrove: You’re not a licensed Medical Doctor.
All of our family members have been to see Dr. Cosgrove and have had extremely successful results. I didn't hesitate to send my children and they had positive results just like my husband and I had. We would highly recommend anyone to try her services. Her office staff is also very helpful in making appointments to meet your schedule, and filing your insurance.
I second that! I had put off going to a chiropractor since moving to Waxahachie because I did not want to deal with the inevitable sales pitch and high start up costs I have come to expect from chiropractors. However, upon a friend's recommendation, I tried Cosgrove. What followed was a simple straightforward chiropractic exam, a quick adjustment, and a bill for $37.50. No muss, no fuss. Just quality chiropractic treatment at a reasonable price. Be aware, they do not accept credit cards, though.
They treat you like family! I have been going to Cosgrove Chiropractic for two years now. They treat you like you are family from the second you walk in. I would never go anywhere else. They treated my back and neck pain and I am now to a point where I no longer require pain medication at all. They are very thorough and details. Highly recommended!!!!
