Incompetent staffs. I gave them my insurance info. They did not verify my medical coverages resulting of denied charges by my insurance and It took them 3 days to call my pharmacist for a refill and when they called they refilled the wrong prescription. The staff keeps saying they are busy and have so many patients in the office and I told her- I am also a paying patient and should be given equal attention and treatment. It's so frustrating.

I have been a patient with Dr Parker for about 15 years. It has been 2 to 4 years since I have been in. I wanted to schedule a male physical but the staff said I would be considered a new patient and that I would not get a physical, only a meat and great. Forget that, a meat and great does me no good and I already know Dr Parker. Too bad for her, I will go somewhere else and see a physician that will give a physical on my first visit. Randy C

I've been to see Dr Parker twice and each time the staff were very rude and I had to wait two plus hours each time. Everytime I have called I have been treated poorly. Please do not go here if you value your time or if you want to be treated as a patient compared to a burden. I will NEVER go back to her office.
My mother has seen Dr. Parker only once & has seen the NP the other times. The one time she did see Dr. Parker she felt that she spent little time with her and was rude. My mother has been experiencing a significant health issue for the past month. I tried to contact Dr. Parker's office for an appointment 4 times and could never get a live person to schedule it. There was only a recording asking me to leave a message (despite this being office hours). I left 4 messages. No one called me back.

She is really really good and thorough. She listens to you and asks questions but plan on being there 2 hrs total. It use to bug me but since she does such a good job, I just plan for it and it's okay.
In the last month, I have tried to make two appointments for necessary treatment. I was told there was no availability! I am a current patient by the way! The office staff is not helpful at all!! It's pathetic that you can't even see a doctor when you have been ill for over 10 days!! Needless to say, I will not be a returning patient!!!!

this was my first visit with Dr. Parker. I found her to be very nice and thorough. She took the time to out about my history. and to listen to my problems now. told me of test and suggest other doctors I should see. In my case getting an eye exam. The recommended a doctor and was going to make the appointment for me. I hope the good start continues. And I am pretty confident that it will. she made me feel really comfortable.
I've been a patient of DrParkers for years. Michelle is great, she is kind and compassionate and spends as much time as you need to answer all your questions. Would go to no one else
I have never seen Dr. Parker but her new PA Michelle was the worst I have ever been to. She is a mean, sarcastic, rude, cold hearted person. She does not care about what you have to say. She actually told me that I wasted her time. She also, told me to hush at one point. All I can think about now, is what I should have said or done. I should have walked out. If you want to try her that is your choice, but I honestly would not let her treat my dog. She is just to mean and nasty.
