I had serious concerns about Dr. Huang’s practice and reported them to her partner, Dr. Lama, both in writing (see below) and in person. Unfortunately, Dr. Lama’s response was cold and dismissive. He neither acknowledged nor thanked me for raising my concerns. During my second visit with Dr. Lama, I attempted to ask questions regarding my long-term blurred vision. Huang is selective with certain patients regarding care and respect. She performed and eye procedure in an uncaring matter. After the procedure, she applied a liquid that burned my eye and has not healed. At no point did she ask how I was doing after or if was ok. If she did not want treat me when I came into her office, she should have told me before the procedure. Anytime I would talk to her, she would answer in a short, cold, unconcerned matter, if she answered at all. I find certain patients did not have this experience.... read more

Competent, compassionate and skilled surgeon. Treating my husband’s glaucoma for several years. Very pleased with his care.
