Although I have been going here since I was in elementary (I am now in college) it was not until recently that I realized that Dr. Huang is incredibly irresponsible, unsympathetic and negligent. For many years the enamel in my teeth has been shrinking and shrinking which has resulted in TMJ in the right side of my jaw. While I had mentioned to her that retainers had worsened my pain and had been using sensitivity toothpaste religiously for years with no results, Dr Huang instead chose to behave

Dr. Hoang runs a very professional and efficient practice while providing personalized service. She is affable and her treatment recommendations are prudent and she tries to provide as many options as feasible. Leslie, at the front office, is very efficient and the hygienists are gentle and friendly. Dr. Hoang has been our family dentist for 11 years and we are happy with her.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
