I had an appointment at 10:30 am, I called and was told the person was running a little late. No one showed up until 11:30 am almost . They need to make appointments They can keep and if they gng to be late they to make folks aware of that. Good braiders just need to better at booking appointments.
The people that work there are so nice and did a great job on my hair
Started my hair at 12:30pm. Left the salon at 2:30pm, didn't come back until 4:30pm with no explanation or apology! Was on the phone the entire time! Didn't leave out until 8pm. My regular braider wasn't available so found this salon. Didn't like the customer experience and will not go back.
My experience was very welcoming. Same day appointment. Professional! I requested 2 braiders but, I got 3 braiders that was better . Took 4 hours for my style. No complaints will be back for a tighten up when time. From pics on this site you will think it’s the barbershop on the corner of building but no they are located next door to barbershop. The barbershop sits on the end.
