I think I love the provider. I love Dr. Tepper. But this new Optum, the poor woman has to get you in and out. She was able to be able to take time and find out what's wrong. And now the poor woman seems like she has to be in and out because of the almighty dollar.

Dr. Tepper is the ultimate professional. She listens. She listens for accurate diagnosis. She's follow... she follows up. She's always on time. Generally, she's a competent professional, the best primary care I've had in a long, long time.
