Buyer beware if she’s selling the home you are looking to purchase. Linda has really been getting a reputation around town for selling homes with issues that haven’t been disclosed. Our home had about 30k+ worth. When we mentioned this to neighbors they guessed she was the seller directly without prompting and others chimed in with their own notable issues.
