"There was a small miss understanding about the tax/assessment and the buyer wanted to back out, my lawyer called me when the buyer was out of the room, we talked on speaker,and when the buyer came back i was still on speaker but they didn't know. I heard Linda talk her little butt off and closed the deal! Without her i would have had to start over!"
