This office is incompetent. Forced me to pay out of pocket for the first two office visits despite having insurance for my newborn. They refuse to reimburse me. They owe me a hundred and thirty dollars. I have made countless calls and no one bothers to even call back. They also told me that they didn't accept Medicaid so we bought commercial insurance for the baby so that we could work with this office, costing me thousands of dollars, only to be told 5 months after her birth that they DO take Medicaid. I have had a love/cant stand relationship with this office for 8 years. The NPs are great and Dr. Colon is great - but she is overworked and exhausted. Its all over her face and demeaner. I think they should stop taking new patients are focus on quality care with the current patients. The front desk is historically a train wreck. As of now, Julie, is running a tight ship and I think there will be positive changes. Hoping Julie sticks around for the long haul because she can turn this place around. I started seeing Dr.Colon’s office 9 years ago, when my child was 1. We moved away and although we are now in Miami Beach I still travel to her office with my 10 yr old. Dr. Colon is knowledgeable and listens to you. On my last visit a month ago, I needed to gather some information and she courteously offered to help me with this. Her staff follows up on even a simple referral to make sure the patient has gotten the correct information. I am very pleased with her entire staff and would highly recommend them. Thank you

Dr. Colon is a treasure. I am very grateful that she is my daughter's primary care physician. She is wise, kind, insightful and things across a broad spectrum. Her support staff are truly lovely. Thank you all.
