I’ve been with Dr. Colon for 12 years with both of my kids and no complaints whatsoever. Treatments for children that align with parental choice & rights are top priority. Their mix of holistic and conventional approach is refreshing and empowering, esp. in this day and age. Love this facility and the staff. Keep up the great work!
I’ve been bringing my daughter to this pediatric office for years, but today was extremely disappointing. She was very sick all weekend, and we arrived first thing in the morning after waiting for them to open. We were initially turned away, then told we could be seen at 11 AM—over two hours later. I explained she was too sick to wait that long in a lobby, especially without getting worse. This place is the best to bring your babies too! I was with Pediatric Associates with both of my daughters until around 2017 when I discovered more information about vaccines and made an informed decision to no longer vaccinate my girls at the time that were 7 and 4. When I went to the last doctors visit at P.A and told them I will opt out of future vaccines, they told me I have 1 year to make my arrangements and find a new pediatrician. This office is incompetent. Forced me to pay out of pocket for the first two office visits despite having insurance for my newborn. They refuse to reimburse me. They owe me a hundred and thirty dollars. I have made countless calls and no one bothers to even call back. They also told me that they didn't accept Medicaid so we bought commercial insurance for the baby so that we could work with this office, costing me thousands of dollars, only to be told 5 months after her birth that they DO take Medicaid.
