Very poor communication skills. She is dishonest person. Let her personal feelings guide her over honesty even if it means making others homeless. She has no ethical values and needs to get out of the realtor business if she's going to continue to ruin lives.
So this woman and the guys she works with or for Wayne and Rick, are all crooks in the worst way. We rented a house from them and stayed there a year and never not once met any of them only spoke on phone a few times. Then when our lease was up we didn’t renew bc needed something cheaper and gave them our written 30 day notice under the pretense that they would find us somewhere else to go.
