I cannot express the absolute hatred I have for this place at this point. Most especially 'the boss' (she sits at the first table), after the experience my daughter and I just had. First - I'd like to commend Henry. He was not only amazing with my daughter's pedicure, but when he found out she'd sprained her ankle, he was incredibly considerate, kind, and even helped her with her crutches and walked her to her mani chair by holding her up and having her lean on him for support. Second time going here. Excellent service. Yes, we had to wait a little bit, but it's a busy salon. They try to get to you as quickly as possible. They free hand all the designs they did for us today. Accidently nicked a finger, they apologized and applied something to help. Then reduced the price for accidently nicking. Definitely recommend this place. Yes, some of the nail techs will walk around and look at each other's work and talk in their primary language. Walked in today for a pedicure and ANC with Tip. They did a very good job on both my nails and my toes! They were also very nice. The price wasn’t too expensive either, $38 pedicure and $58 ANC French tip with tips. I am giving this place 3 stars because of the lack of cleanliness. The floors were dirty and look like they have not been swept, the counters where they do the nails were dirty, behind the counters where they stock things was very untidy, there were papers and receipts in piles all thrown around behind the cashie... read more
