Lab staff was very rude and argumentative to me today. I must say this is unusual because she helped me in the past and was very professional. This time she gave me poor directions and instead of admitting she was wrong she became argumentative. DO NOT GO HERE. An 82 year old male with a head injury was brought in by an ambulance yesterday around 3:00 pm. They set him in a wheelchair in the waiting room for around 5 hours. After a hour or so, I asked the front desk for more than a tissue for the gash on his forehead that was bleeding. Thankfully she handed me gause and after I asked could she wrap if since his hand was also injured and he was trying to deal with other bleeds. Dr Iriza is professional, very knowledgeable, caring and kind. He will listen to you as long as you need to talk. His entire staff will bend over backwards to see you needs are met. It is the very best care I have ever experienced.
