Juan and Carlos deserve a huge thank you. My furniture was delivered to the wrong building, and instead of just pointing me in the right direction, they helped get everything to my apartment. The furniture was heavy and they didn't have to help, but they did without hesitation. They were genuinely kind, helpful, and made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate them going out of their way to help. Thank you, Juan and Carlos!
