I have worked with Linda Allebach for 15 years. She is outstanding in her professionalism, and her service to her clients is stellar as evidenced by the surveys I see she receives as her manager. I do not recommend this realtor! She is dismissive; condescending and lacks a basic human kindness approach in her business dealings. If you are looking for a human kindness element in the home buying and selling process, choose a different realtor!

I have talked to and checked out properties with a few realtors before choosing Linda as my realtor. What set Linda apart from other helpful/professional realtor was Linda did not want to just close the deal. Linda wants to help you to find the property you wanted and willing to spend the time to help you.

I have used Linda on 5 real estate transactions on both the buying and selling side. Besides being an excellent realtor in all aspects of the process, the biggest attribute Linda has to the profession is trust. I completely trust that Linda will do the right and moral approach over getting a paycheck. In this day and age I find these qualities rare and am so grateful to have Linda as our realtor.
