During a brief, horrific trial of trying medications for anxiety and depression, I received Linda's name from my physician's nurse practitioner. I have been seeing Linda now for over 6 months almost weekly (schedule permitting). Linda is honest, reliable, and has an amazing ability to help me open up to my own fears and shame from my past. One thing I appreciate most is her "no bull-sugar" approach to the truth. Linda is a wonderful, helpful, kind therapist. She's been extremely helpful to not only family but friends. I would highly recommend her and the comfortable atmosphere she keeps if you're in need of someone to help you with tough times. I've since moved away from the area but used her for many years prior to leaving.
