I had a UTI. I called for an appointment. I was told to leave a message for the nurse and she would call me back. After waiting for a response and not hearing back, I drove to the Provo location. Terrible experience with the Nances. Steven shouldn't be practicing anymore it's time for him to RETIRE. Please look for a different provider if you want to have a non traumatic birth experience.

I try to give good reviews and at least do 2 stars even if I don’t have a good experience somewhere, because there’s always at least one good thing about a place or person… Or so I thought. Doctor Astle is singlehandedly the worst doctor of any kind I’ve ever had. #1 DIDN’T LISTEN. He told me that I was on “too many medications”. I said that I’d had a preconception consultation with a high-risk pregnancy clinic for that reason, and that OBGYN said my regimen was safe and approved of it.
