Waited for an hour and was rushed through out. Dr. Patel was nervous and breathing heavily as her hands were shaking while she was trying to do filling. She did not want to wait for anesthesia to work and wanted to pull my tooth out. I think she chipped my upper tooth to compensate the improper filling she did in my lower tooth. I will get it checked out with another doctor to make sure I was not harmed during this visit. I came in for cleaning as well and she scrubbed my teeth very brutally. I was told the wrong time for my appointment to begin with I was told over the phone 10:30 when I got there they said my appointment was at 10am. I informed them that I was 4 months pregnant and she was literally trying to force to me do xrays after I refused she then told me she couldn’t do anything at all with out a X-ray so I waited almost a hour for nothing and after all that no work or anything was done and they still managed to charge my insurance up to $300 when I didn’t have any work done at all. Very unprofessional

I can’t believe I waited an 1hour and 15 min for a consultation to see the oral surgeon. I rather go 35min to UIC dental at least I get to see downtown

I was not very pleased with the experience here. It felt as if the people there didnt know what they were doing. Everyone was so rushed and angry. Do not recommend.
