We purchased a brand new boat, motor, and trailer as a packaged deal with a 5 year hull warranty . On our 3rd year of ownership the boat developed a 10inch crack. We returned the boat to Lincolnton marine for repairs that were to be covered under warranty . We took our boat to them in October they didn’t send it off until February 27 ... where again the told us it would be covered ! However it wasn’t covered ! There is a lot more to this story than what this customer is saying. To start with he purchased this boat in spring of 2014 and it was a 2013 that was we had purchased from Alumacraft as a factory leftover. The customer paid 9,395.00 for the hull he notified us in July of 2018 that his hull was leaking. We had him bring it in and checked it and yes we had seen two other that had done this. We took pictures of it on 07/09/18 and emailed them to Alumacraft warranty for approval to have it welded up so the customer could finish... read more
RecommendedBought a boat at the Greenville Sc boat show in 2019. Jeremy and his group did a great job getting our boat ready for the water. He treated my wife and I like a friend instead of a customer. I highly recommend Jeremy!

Mike and the guys are awesome. They are very patient and answered all our questions. Our boat is perfect we love it.had one little problem with the trolling motor the fixed it no questions ask . If you are looking for a new or used boat calls these guys your want be disappointed.

We can't say enough about their staff and customer service. New boat owners and learning the ropes of boating. We ran into a snag, the tow rope got into the propeller. Stuck on the lake Jeremy came out towed us to shore replaced the propeller and got us going again. Our family of 10 can't Thank You enough. We highly recommend Lincolnton Marine for all your boating needs.

Awesome costumer service. Another shop wanted $1600 to replace my fuel pump on my 90 hp Merc, I brought it Lincolnton Marine where they actually found the problem, a $17 part and $250 labor. Defiantly recommending and coming back for all my service.
