Let me tell you my experience today with DZS. First of all, he answered. Second, he was there when he said he would be. Third, it was a very difficult and tricky repair. He was soaked with sweat. He fixed my dryer and charged a very fair price. I tipped him because he did more work than he charged me for. I worked on this dryer before and swore I'd never do it again. I am very pleased with the service I have gotten. Ryan has been very prompt if not early. He needed to come check my oven at my rental and was never late. He was always nice, respectful and didn’t rush through the job. He made sure he did a good job. I would definitely recommend him. I hope I never need him again, but if I do, I will be sure to call on him for the job. I’m very satisfied. Thank you, Ryan.

Look no further for dependable, courteous, fairly priced service. Ryan went wwaaaay out of his way to fix my ailing fridge! So good to know local service people you can trust. A generous tip was appreciated by Ryan for his emergency service delaying his planned trip away for his son's birthday!
Prompt service, very nice guy and reasonable priced repair.
Super prompt reply call. Literally within half an hour, and my call was before the opening time listed. Showed up at the early end of the time he promised. Was honest, and fair. Gave unbiased advice that actually meant I paid him less (he didn’t recommend the repair— I replaced my appliance) I absolutely recommend Ryan.
