My family and I have been very happy with the care my Mom has received since her placement here 7 months ago. The staff are all very caring and treat my Mom with respect and love. I have come to know the regular staff and they are very accessible and willing to help in any way possible. They have been very helpful with offering suggestions for care or listening to my suggestions or concerns as my Mom's medical needs have progressed. Our family member has now been at Lincolnshire for 1 1/2 years. All the staff are kind, have compassion and are excellent is needed when a resident is down and feeling sad and a diversion is needed. There are many hugs during the day. In comparison to other facilities - -this one is one of the best.

My aunt was here for 8 months before she passed. I feel everyone there took such good care of her. They kept us informed right away when anything happened. We felt very welcomed every time we would visit her. The day she passed they made sure all the family had everything we needed. They brought us coffee ,water and a nice tray of fruits and cookies. Amanda the administrator was very helpful with our every needs in making sure my aunt had everything she needed.
