White Plains Lincoln went above and beyond my expectations. I have experienced some frustrations in the past with my scheduled maintenance at both ford dealers near my home. Overbooked and poor communication were both issues. WP Lincoln were excellent on both accounts. With the exception of a $9 charge to refill washer fluid, the service was exceptional. In the words of Arnold, “I will be back”.

Adam was so helpful during the mobile service. Timely and efficient.
This was the 2nd time was car was in for service, when appointment was made I was told I would have a loaner. Both times, the day before I was told the loaner isn't available. I think this is very bad service practice
