It was the best car buying experience I’ve had to date!
There's almost too much to list of what's wrong with the Lincoln service dept. I have a 21 Lincoln Navigator L Back Label, and they have held the car for several weeks at a time for relatively minor issues. Half of the time I get the vehicle back with grease stains all over the interior(not just the carpeted floor) the armrests, Steering wheel and even visor.. last visit there was the final straw, after they held it for 3 weeks and lied about fixing the few minor issues and also left a 1" scratch right at the area they were ... read more
