I highly recommend that you do not move here. The place is heavily and I mean HEAVILY infested with roaches. Roaches crawl out of every corner of your unit (not just the kitchen). If you move here fully expect to have to throw away all of your belongings when you leave as the roaches burrow into everything you own. The building has also taken on extensive water damage and you can see mold growing in places. One of the best places I have ever lived and worked at! I will truly miss living here when I move out later next month, and all the wonderful tenants that were my neighbors.
