This place has great service, was up on a ski trip. Way better than my normal urgent care.
I’ve been working in healthcare for 20+ years and this place is the worst experience I’ve ever felt with. Specifically Laura and her condescending attitude and inability to not speak over someone. I called to ask a very simple question… how long is the wait. She refused to tell me and continue to just say it’s walk-in only. I understand the concept of walking only however I live five minutes away, and I wanted to know how many people would be ahead of me currently. The care I received from Lincoln Urgent Care was outstanding. The receptionist was knowledgeable and patient. Nurse Laurie (sp) was very thorough and listened to my needs with concern, compassion and a sense of humor too. PA David is a fantastic practitioner. I am so appreciative for their help with my injured toe. Because of their care I can look forward to many more pain-free ski days.
In the area for a getaway-had been sick for a few weeks and turned into pneumonia. The entire staff were incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. Quick and efficient. Thank you!!!
