Where do I begin with this place? Hope someone doesn’t hold this review over my head. Been here over 4 years. My apartment itself, averages anywhere between 3-6 floods a year. One year it was higher. Had a horrible flood a couple years ago that the ceiling needed to be replaced, among a lot of other things. All I got was a sorry, and a “what do you want me to do about it” from management up above. I’ve repeatedly asked to change apartments, but keep getting the run around. This place is terrible, my daughter pay to much rent, to deal with bugs, broken elevators, nasty residents and packages being stolen. Building needs working camera better security and working doors and elevators. During covid the cleaning in the building could be better. Somebody stole my money order for my rent, the lady Brenda lied n said she the only one who goes in her office. I have seen maintenance men, a resident of the bldg coming out her office with keys!!! This is the worst apartment I’ve lived in it’s always dirty the clean people Barely cleans when I get something delivered it’s never there the building has Foul smells every day some of the office staff are rude
I honestly hate this place! Its dirty for one! If you look around make sure thwtvtake you more than just the first floor or look around yourself. Walls look like they haven't been wiped in years. They are suppose to be white but they are a cream/yellowish color. The carpets in the hall has not been cleaned, fire Alarma get pulled often, it always has a unique (stinky) smell on the first floor.
