My Dad had an issue with a drywall issue near the AC unit due to a leak, Kassie had scheduled the contractor, they had not showed. I contacted Kassie, she apologized and within a few days the contractor was out within a few days, and the project was completed!

This is the nasty mess you have to deal with in this building of ten floors, its disgusting. For 945.00 i shouldn't have to endure this. Bring mice and roaches, attitudes bold in that front office...but the can't stop these nasty tenants. And the building its self is terrible look at the background

DO NOT LIVE HERE. This is easily the worst place I have ever lived. First off, they trick you when you look at the place. They show you a model apartment that is super nice & modern. But once you move in, they give you an apartment that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since 1964. The managers are slow, over promise and under-deliver. I waited on getting screens in my apartment every month. I never got screens after 1 whole year even though they promised me I would.
