I lived here for 8 years. Two years ago things changed when Ana Ruiz came on board as the property manager. She is a 100% hater! Ana call the electricity company and had my light cut off on a Friday of April 2024. Speaking with her, she tried to convince me in 2 hour conversation that she didn't do it.... MedEd did an investigation and the number linked back. She refused to allow me to speak with the owner, as if she was the one all, be all. I unfortunately lived here for over six years before moving out. The only positives were the parking, views, and the building’s history and architecture. Unfortunately, because of the property management and ownership, I would strongly recommend staying far away.
Nice building clean. The people are very friendly
